Please ensure you apply in a good time to obtain Visas. The HOC will support where is possible but cannot help if a Visa application is not made in a good time.

Each team must attend the Event with their own medical and travel insurance to cover loss of property, injures or medical treatment, travel disruption or luggage loss.

BISFed and the Regional Open HOC will accept no responsibilities for injuries or loss of wages due to injuries.

Doping control will take place at the competition.
